The estate is located in Saint André de Cubzac, in the north of the Gironde region  and also lays on the on the passage of the 45th parallel north latitude.
Classified in the appellations of Bordeaux Supérieur (AOC), land is a mix of a clay-limestone and sandy soil, rocks lightly cover the surface allowing the Merlot grape to expresses itself in strength and subtlety when blended with Cabernet Sauvignon.
